The acquisition will add scale, technical expertise and capabilities to Automated Logic, Carrier Global said. Logical Solutions’ field engineers, project managers, application engineers and service professionals will join Automated Logic, the company said.

Automated Logic said Logical Solutions’ expertise will complement its enterprise automation platform and help accelerate the creation of unified, AI-ready building-management systems. Automated Logic provides solutions designed to maximize energy efficiency and support sustainable building operations.
