The new product range relies on advanced net-shaping capabilities designed to increase tool durability and minimize costly downtime for mining and construction operations. The manufacturing process utilizes cold-forming techniques that maintain a continuous grain flow in the metal. This results in a denser, more uniform structure engineered to resist the wear, fatigue, and corrosion typical of high-stress earthworks environments.

Formed in 2021 through the integration of Burgess-Norton, Means Industries, Transform Automotive, and SMW Manufacturing, the company currently produces over 200 million components annually. This latest entry into the industrial equipment market complements the firm's existing portfolio, which spans automotive propulsion systems and off-highway components.
