TheKey and CareScout Reach 500-Family Milestone in Home Care Collaboration

The CareScout Quality Network currently extends to over 97% of the United States, providing a structured resource for families navigating long-term care decisions. By integrating TheKey’s national infrastructure with standardized intake protocols, the companies aim to reduce the administrative burden often faced by families during medical transitions. Chris Gerard, CEO of TheKey, noted that the collaboration addresses a critical need for consistent care that remains accessible regardless of geographical location.

Brian Harrington, senior vice president of sales at CareScout, emphasized that the initiative is designed to replace the inconsistency typical of long-term care planning with a more connected, predictable experience. TheKey, which maintains a portfolio of 120,000 clients, utilizes this partnership to streamline interactions with insurance carriers, ensuring that policyholders receive care that meets specific quality standards. Both organizations continue to prioritize a model that simplifies the aging journey, focusing on outcomes rather than just basic task completion.
