The transaction centers on the integration of advanced production lines for oil, air, and cabin filters. PGI is moving machinery from the legacy Greenville, Ohio, site to its existing operation in Albion, Illinois, aiming to establish one of North America’s most sophisticated filtration production centers. Alongside these manufacturing assets, PGI has secured a state-of-the-art research and development laboratory dedicated to material science and water separation systems.
To support this growth, the company has leased a 730,000-square-foot facility in Hebron, Kentucky, which will serve as its fifth North American distribution hub. This site will manage the logistics for key brands including Autolite, TRICO, and FRAM, while also facilitating the relaunch of the Luberfiner industrial filtration line. According to CEO Anan Bishara, the move is a strategic investment in the future of the company’s supply chain and engineering capabilities.
