Certara CFO John Gallagher to Depart in July

Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer Faiz Mohammed is set to step into the role on an interim basis. Mohammed, 53, brings extensive experience to the transition, having held prior leadership positions at Recorded Books, Haights Cross Communications, and the accounting firm Ernst & Young.

Despite the leadership shift, the company maintains its strategic course. Certara reaffirmed its 2026 financial guidance, a forecast originally shared with investors during the firm’s first-quarter earnings call this past May.
