Morningstar Farms Recalls Buffalo Nuggets and Sausage Patties

Morningstar Farms has issued a voluntary recall for two of its popular frozen food products across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica. The company identified potential contamination in its Buffalo Chik'n Nuggets and Hot & Spicy Sausage Patties, citing the possible presence of small plastic pieces within the packaging.

The affected items are specifically the 10.5 oz packages of Buffalo Chik'n Nuggets and the 8 oz packages of Hot & Spicy Sausage Patties. Consumers are advised to check the "Better If Used Before" dates on their products, which range from July 5 to July 8, 2027. No other products under the Morningstar Farms label are subject to this safety action.

Customers who have these items in their freezers should discard them immediately. Morningstar Farms is offering full refunds to those who provide proof of purchase or contact their consumer affairs department. Inquiries can be directed to the company via telephone at 800-962-0120 or through text at 877-453-5837 between 9 AM and 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
