It automates nine specific functions at launch, including salary adjustments, contract amendments, and leave approvals, while ensuring local labor law compliance is baked directly into each process. By integrating statutory requirements and jurisdiction-specific legal pathways into the interface, the tool eliminates the need for teams to manually research local regulations for every action.
