Sage Park San Antonio Secures Great Place to Work Certification
Sage Park San Antonio has earned the Great Place to Work certification, marking a significant milestone for the facility under the management of Watercrest Senior Living Group. The designation follows a rigorous internal survey that measured staff trust, leadership effectiveness, and the overall quality of the associate experience.
Watercrest CEO Marc Vorkapich credited the achievement to the company’s focus on servant leadership and the dedication of its staff. The organization expanded its footprint into Texas in August 2025 by assuming management of the facility formerly known as Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights, subsequently rebranding it as Sage Park San Antonio. The community, located at 855 E. Basse Road, provides assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term skilled care services. This certification extends across the entire Watercrest portfolio, including recent expansions into Austin and Guadalupe.
