Oracle Expands Defense Tech Accelerator with Ten New Startups

At the 2026 Oracle Defense Tech Summit in Brussels, the company unveiled its third cohort of the Oracle Defense Ecosystem, integrating ten emerging firms to accelerate the deployment of AI, cyber, and autonomous technologies for the United States and its allied nations' national security organizations.

Oracle Expands Defense Tech Accelerator with Ten New Startups

The initiative aims to bridge the gap between prototype development and mission-ready deployment by leveraging Oracle's distributed cloud and AI infrastructure. By connecting startups directly with sovereign cloud environments, the program seeks to reduce the years-long wait times typically associated with military technology procurement. Rand Waldron, senior vice president at Oracle, noted that the focus remains on transforming innovation into immediate, real-world mission impact.

The latest cohort includes companies such as Chariot Defense, which specializes in ruggedized power systems, and Resaro, a developer of AI testing and validation tools. This expansion is supported by the new Defence Holdings accelerator, which provides members with priority access to deployment paths across public, government, and edge cloud environments. Furthermore, a partnership with Shield Reply and Red Reply offers these startups specialized DevSecOps support and architecture services, ensuring that solutions remain secure even in the disconnected, limited-connectivity environments common to tactical operations. These resources are designed to help emerging players navigate complex defense markets while lowering the risks associated with mission-critical implementation.
