Rather than automating the entire patient journey, Veo functions as a configurable layer that allows dental teams to dictate the pace of technology adoption. Providers maintain oversight on every interaction, choosing whether to let the system handle inquiries automatically or rely on human-led responses.

The initial rollout introduces two primary functions. The 'Suggestions' tool provides staff with recommended chat templates during office hours, allowing them to customize or discard responses as needed. For after-hours support, the 'Responses' feature handles common queries like intake forms, parking logistics, and office location details. These tools signal a broader commitment to integrating responsible AI into the 3,000 dental practices currently using the Intiveo platform across North America.
