Green, co-owner of Triangle Inn Palm Springs and chair of the local preferred small hotels association, noted that the area’s eighty-plus boutique properties are positioning themselves to attract visitors through the late summer months. The collection of offers includes mid-century modern estates, Spanish-style inns, and clothing-optional resorts, allowing guests to book directly through the association’s portal. Specific promotions vary by property: Alcazar Palm Springs is offering a third night free or half off a second night for mid-week stays through August 31. Similarly, a cluster of properties including Azure Sky and The Hideaway are providing 15% discounts and early check-in for stays of three nights or longer. Other venues like Korakia Pensione are slashing standard rates by up to 35%, while Twin Palms Resort has introduced mid-week rates starting at $195. The Hacienda at Warm Sands is utilizing a tiered reward structure, offering up to three free nights for longer stays through October 1. These deals exclude certain holidays and peak weekends, with full terms available on the association’s website.
