PureFacts Appoints New Revenue and Customer Chiefs to Scale Growth

Toronto-based PureFacts Financial Solutions is reshuffling its leadership team, naming JJ Jeffries as Chief Revenue Officer and appointing Simona Barcau as Chief Customer Officer. The move signals a push to tighten the alignment between the company’s commercial strategy and its ongoing efforts to modernize revenue management for investment firms.

PureFacts Appoints New Revenue and Customer Chiefs to Scale Growth

Jeffries, who previously served as the company's Chief Customer Officer, will now oversee sales, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. His transition aims to bridge the gap between customer needs and commercial expansion, leveraging his 15 years of experience in business transformation and growth strategy. President Pete Hess noted that the appointment is designed to help the firm scale with discipline as it targets wealth and asset management clients.

Simona Barcau joins the executive team to lead customer success, value realization, and client engagement. Her background includes high-level roles at Auvik, Cority, Varicent, and IBM. Barcau will focus on ensuring that clients extract measurable value from the company's platform, which is currently used by major financial institutions to manage revenue lifecycles. These leadership shifts follow PureFacts' recent efforts to expand its presence across North America and Europe, positioning its technology as a core strategic advantage for firms looking to optimize performance.
