Diego Chantrain Named Head of Investor Relations at The Adecco Group

Chantrain, who joined the Zurich-based talent services company in October 2022, will now report directly to Group Chief Financial Officer Valentina Ficaio. His background includes a tenure leading investor relations at Firmenich, alongside extensive experience in strategic development and M&A. He holds a doctorate from the Turku School of Economics and a master’s degree in management engineering from the University of Liège.

He replaces Benita Barretto, who is departing the organization after holding the position since 2021. Ficaio praised Chantrain’s previous work in steering the company’s acquisition and divestiture pipeline, noting that his expertise will remain central to managing the group's portfolio and navigating new market opportunities.
