Autoliv Americas President Kevin Fox to Step Down
After three decades with the automotive safety giant, Kevin Fox is resigning as president of Autoliv Americas. The executive, who has led the regional division since 2020, will vacate his post on August 31, 2026, to focus on personal priorities and impending retirement.

Following Fox’s departure, Anthony Nellis, the company’s EVP of Legal Affairs and General Counsel, will step in as acting president for the Americas. Nellis, who already holds a seat on the executive leadership team, will manage the division from the regional headquarters until a permanent successor is selected through an active recruitment process.
