Wasik arrives at Bridgepoint following a distinguished career at firms including Houlihan Lokey, Jefferies, and Capstone Partners, where he most recently served as head of consumer investment banking. His portfolio of past engagements features high-profile deals such as the sale of beauty labels Philosophy and SkinCeuticals, as well as advisory work for apparel brands like Kate Spade. Beyond M&A, his background includes navigating public offerings for companies such as Party City and The Michaels Companies.

Matt Plooster, founder and CEO of Bridgepoint, noted that the firm specifically sought a senior banker with a history of serving founder-led and family-owned businesses. Wasik’s arrival is part of a broader strategy to solidify Bridgepoint’s middle-market consumer practice. The firm currently manages a diverse advisory portfolio across industries ranging from industrials to technology, with principals having overseen more than 400 transactions throughout their collective careers.
