Swarmer Stock Climbs on Contract Revenue Boost

Shares of drone-autonomy software firm Swarmer surged 7.2% to $43.95 in Monday’s premarket trading, following a disclosure that an existing contract will generate an additional $1.02 million in revenue. The company, which debuted on the public market at $5 per share in March, continues to see rapid valuation growth.

The revenue adjustment stems from an update to an agreement involving Meta Bureau and the subsidiary Swarmer Estonia. Under the revised terms, Czech-based Progress TRW will acquire $1.41 million in SkyKnight software licenses. Simultaneously, the company increased Meta Bureau's original autonomy license commitment from $1.38 million to $2.40 million. These shifts represent a significant realignment of the company's contractual obligations and projected intake.
