Life Time Names 2026 60XT Challenge Winners After 32,000-Person Contest
From a pool of 32,000 participants, five individuals have emerged as national winners of Life Time’s 60XT Challenge. The eight-week program, which incentivizes physical and mental transformation through structured strength training, expert nutrition guidance, and habit tracking, awarded the victors prize packages totaling over $200,000.

Each winner followed a rigorous schedule consisting of three weekly strength sessions and three cardio workouts. Ryan Sonnenburg, Senior Vice President of Dynamic Personal Training at Life Time, noted that the program’s success relies on intentionality and the support of a community-driven ecosystem. Beyond the physical results, the participants utilized the company’s recovery services and professional coaching to establish routines intended to outlast the 60-day challenge period. With over 3.5 million participants in such challenges over the last two decades, the initiative remains a cornerstone of the company’s approach to athletic lifestyle management.
