The company continues to align its disclosure framework with European Sustainability Reporting Standards, introducing a dedicated ESG Factbook to provide granular data on its environmental performance. A significant milestone during the reporting period includes securing third-party validation for its product carbon footprint methodology and achieving an A rating for water security from the Carbon Disclosure Project. These steps reflect a broader strategy to meet tightening environmental expectations within the global biopharmaceutical sector.

Beyond environmental metrics, the firm has prioritized human capital and supply chain resilience. Collaborative career development programs with educational institutions now support talent cultivation, while women’s leadership initiatives remain a focal point of the company's internal social policy. Supplier engagement has also intensified, with sustainability assessments now reaching 57.3% of the company's partners. CEO John Rim noted that these investments in governance and environmental stewardship are foundational to the organization’s long-term value creation and industry-wide resilience, particularly as the firm participates in the Sustainable Markets Initiative Health Systems Task Force.
