Before the overhaul, Zywave struggled with a structural mismatch. Although the site ranked well for industry-specific search terms, its architecture favored internal product categories over user goals. Visitors were forced to navigate through more than 20 distinct solutions without clear guidance, while legacy technical debt—specifically non-crawlable embedded PDFs—hindered visibility in AI-driven search engines.

Miami-based agency Digital Silk led the phased redesign, prioritizing audience hub pages and a streamlined demo path. By replacing static forms with intent-matched messaging and indexable content, the team addressed the high bounce rates that previously plagued the site. The homepage, which launched ahead of a major January industry event, now serves as a primary driver for lead capture.

Performance metrics following the rollout confirm the shift: site-wide engagement increased by 60%, while the bounce rate dropped to approximately 21%. Beyond the immediate lead growth, the project introduced a formal conversion rate optimization program, including A/B testing and granular click tracking. This infrastructure allows Zywave to continuously refine its messaging based on real-time visitor behavior, ensuring that existing traffic translates into a qualified sales pipeline.
