Fred T. Paul is joining Vero Beach’s Riverside Theatre as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, a move designed to bolster the institution’s long-term campus expansion. Paul arrives from Maryland’s Olney Theatre Center, where he spent 15 years overseeing the transformation of a 14-acre cultural site.
Moses described the new hire as a rare blend of operational discipline and creative empathy. For the Florida-based organization, which operates as the state's largest independent nonprofit professional theatre, this leadership change coincides with a push to modernize its campus and expand educational outreach for local families.
