Transamerica and Advo(k)ate Advisors Launch Nexus Pooled Employer Plan
A new pooled employer plan aims to shift the administrative burden of retirement savings away from business owners. The Advo(k)ate Nexus PEP, a collaboration between Transamerica and Advo(k)ate Advisors, combines fiduciary outsourcing with integrated payroll services to simplify plan management for employers of any size.
Darren Zino, head of retirement distribution at Transamerica, noted that the partnership prioritizes fee transparency and participant engagement tools. The offering includes access to the OnTrack guidance platform and Managed Advice for investment management, alongside human support services intended to boost employee participation rates. For employers, the plan integrates with more than 125 payroll providers to automate data flow and improve accuracy.
