The growth throughout the first half of the year stems primarily from the reconsolidation of Gresham Worldwide and increased activity within the company’s financial services arm, Ault Lending, LLC. These results have provided a stable financial base as management pivots toward scaling its Michigan AI data center campus and expanding its blockchain initiatives. The firm expects these strategic business units to drive consistent, higher-quality recurring revenue in the coming years.

Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III and CEO William B. Horne are scheduled to discuss these figures, along with preliminary 2027 Adjusted EBITDA guidance, during an investor conference call on August 4, 2026. This session aims to offer greater transparency regarding the company’s capital allocation and long-term operating strategy. While the company remains focused on its AI infrastructure development, it is also preparing for the planned divestiture of Ault Capital Group, projected for the second quarter of 2027. Following that separation, the company intends to operate primarily as an owner and manager of high-performance computing data centers.
