Starlight Investments Opens First Phase of Dartford Rental Community

The newly opened residences feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units designed for diverse lifestyles. Beyond the individual apartments, the project emphasizes connectivity and lifestyle, leveraging its proximity to Dartford Station and the adjacent Central Park. Jonnie Milich, Head of UK Residential at Starlight, noted that the site represents a strategic move to provide high-quality housing in high-growth markets where demand consistently outpaces supply.

Future development phases will introduce a suite of communal facilities, including a fitness center, yoga studio, co-working spaces, and a 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace. The finished site will also provide 163 parking spaces for residents. This expansion strengthens Starlight’s broader UK residential platform, which currently manages approximately 4,000 homes and £1.1 billion in assets. As the project evolves, it reflects a wider industry pivot toward build-to-rent models that integrate modern urban design with access to established green spaces.
