Investors Eye Class Action Against Wix Over AI Product Claims

Shareholders who purchased Wix.com Ltd. stock between February 19, 2025, and May 12, 2026, face a September 22 deadline to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation alleges that the company misled investors regarding the true costs and market performance of its AI-driven platforms, including Wix Harmony and Base44.

Investors Eye Class Action Against Wix Over AI Product Claims

The complaint filed by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP claims Wix violated the Securities Exchange Act by inflating the competitive standing of its artificial intelligence products. According to the filing, the company allegedly obscured the financial burden associated with the development and marketing of these tools. These purported misrepresentations left investors unaware of the underlying risks during the specified class period.

While the class has not yet been certified, affected shareholders have until September 22, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status. Investors who suffered losses may contact attorneys Brian Schall or David Schwartz to discuss their legal standing. Participation in the lawsuit does not require appointment as a lead plaintiff, and those who choose not to act remain absent class members pending formal certification.
