Culver’s Expands Curdtoberfest With First Flavored CurderBurger

Culver’s is reviving its monthlong Curdtoberfest celebration, anchoring the Wisconsin-inspired festivities with the debut of a Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger. The limited-time menu addition marks the first flavor variation of the popular item since its 2021 launch, signaling a broader push to lean into the brand’s Midwest heritage through October.

The Smoked Cheddar CurderBurger pairs the chain’s signature fresh beef with a crown of golden-fried smoked cheddar. It will be available at participating locations from September 28 through October 11, or until supplies run out. Following this release, the brand will bring back its Jalapeño Cheese Curds on October 12, keeping them on the menu through November 29.

National Cheese Curd Day on October 15 serves as the midpoint for the event, featuring a four-hour happy hour where loyalty members can purchase cheese curds for $3. Beyond the menu, the restaurant chain is launching a sweepstakes at its dedicated event website, offering prizes ranging from instant rewards and cash to an all-expenses-paid trip for four to Germany. Emily Patterson, vice president of marketing, noted that the event aims to replicate the community-focused traditions of Wisconsin, centered on shared meals and regional flavors.
