Charter Next Generation Appoints Todd Herndon as CFO
Todd Herndon, a veteran finance executive with over 35 years of experience in industrial and consumer manufacturing, has joined Chicago-based Charter Next Generation as its new Chief Financial Officer. He assumes the role after serving as CFO at legal technology firm Consilio, bringing a background in global capital strategy.
His career includes leadership tenures at Diversey, Gardner Denver, and Capital Safety, alongside early experience at S.C. Johnson & Son. Throughout his tenure, he has navigated partnerships with major private equity firms including KKR, Bain Capital, and CD&R. Herndon holds an MBA from Marquette University and a finance degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
