Clarion subsidiary IPitomy launches Resolvix AI tools
Atlanta-based Clarion Communications is expanding its cloud-based service portfolio through its subsidiary IPitomy, which recently introduced Resolvix. The new suite integrates AI-driven voice and chat agents into the company’s existing unified communications platform, aiming to automate lead qualification and customer support tasks for small and mid-sized businesses.
Beyond product development, Clarion is signaling a continued shift toward inorganic growth. President and CEO Vincent M. Oddo confirmed that the company is actively seeking tuck-in acquisitions within the fragmented UCaaS and managed services market. Clarion has completed over 30 acquisitions during the past two decades and intends to leverage current network economic shifts to absorb smaller operators into its platform.
