Stone arrives with 25 years of experience, most recently serving as President of Multifamily Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed a platform of 180,000 units. At UAG, he will spearhead national business development and integrate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, into the company’s operational framework. His background also includes leadership roles at Pinnacle and the founding of Stone Advisory Group.

O’Connor brings nearly two decades of expertise, notably from a 14-year tenure at Greystar where she managed large-scale institutional portfolios. Her focus at UAG involves refining client service strategies through detailed portfolio analytics and performance monitoring. Marc Brutten, Founder and Chairman of Brixton Capital, noted that the pair provides the necessary depth to align UAG’s service capabilities with its aggressive expansion goals. CEO Tim Settles emphasized that these appointments are intended to maintain consistent execution as the company continues to manage its 35,000-unit nationwide portfolio.
